I can see the writing on the wall and am starting a job search again. The pipeline is empty and the developmental leadership doesn’t know what they’re doing. Give it a few years and Galderma won’t exist.

Like the Titanic, there are only enough life boats for upper management. Everyone else is getting screwed.

Anyone who really gives a shit about anything other than collecting a paycheck, staying under the radar, and trying to work their way out of this dying fuckhole of a company; needs to be seen by a shrink.

Once I give all the info on how many of my offices are not seeing reps and don’t do virtual calls, they might figure out they don’t need me. I sense layoffs coming in the next few months.

I’m so happy that I made the switch to aesthetics and my offices rely on me to help drive revenue. It’s much harder but safer.

You’re probably right. 30-50% of us could be gone by year end.

Many of us are getting forced out. This place is honestly such a joke I would take anything at this point. And then double dip as long as possible. F this hell hole
