Layoff uncertainty

I can see the writing on the wall and am starting a job search again. The pipeline is empty and the developmental leadership doesn’t know what they’re doing. Give it a few years and Galderma won’t exist.

 

this is not new. Leaders have said this for a long time

Like the Titanic, there are only enough life boats for upper management. Everyone else is getting screwed.

Once I give all the info on how many of my offices are not seeing reps and don’t do virtual calls, they might figure out they don’t need me. I sense layoffs coming in the next few months.

I’m so happy that I made the switch to aesthetics and my offices rely on me to help drive revenue. It’s much harder but safer.
