So, you went from telling me to shut the fuck up to demanding that I stand up on a town hall and insult our GM. Good stuff - you really feel inclined to tell others when and when they should/shouldn’t speak.

And, I love the tactic here. First, he’s great and I have no grounds for complaining, and when I point out some obvious short comings that show he us doing a poor job, you just try and attack me. Good stuff, man!

And, do you see the irony in calling me a coward for not committing career suicide while you hide in anonymity on a chat board? Probably not.

Like I said, plenty not to like about MS. This company deserves so much more.

Prove me wrong? Bringing everyone back so quickly just shows that it was an idiotic idea to furlough them in the first place. Maybe you think great leaders play roulette with their employees jobs, but I like leaders who actually think about things and don’t make rash decisions. You can model your life after MS if you choose. This is just one more example of bad decision making on his part.

PS - I’m incredibly happy for the furloughed employees, but you deserved better than to be treated like trash.

 

What about the furloughed people who sensed the desperation on the part of leadership so expecting they may never be brought back took the severance to survive

I guess we’ll just agree to disagree here. I’m glad you’re impressed with an eroding culture, debacles like EpicCare Link, and his constant bravado. I’m not. And, if you want to know what the future holds, here goes: more of the same - inconsistent results, unhappy employees, and constant tinkering with everything while not giving you the time and resources to do anything. Enjoy that. As for me, I’ll be out of here soon enough. I can’t stand anymore of this.
