    Are you kidding? Really? This company has stepped up to the plate in so many ways during this very challenging time. They have allowed us to alter our ways of working to accommodate our customers and to keep our jobs ! They have provided us with as much support and as many tools as possible to achieve success even in this challenging time.

    Errr...we laid off 75 people and furloughed another 100 for 2 months. You were obviously not in either of those groups. And, if you think it’s over, don’t kid yourself. Those confident days of talking expansion are gone and replaced with discussions of retractions. And, yes, just like every other company, we went to virtual selling. Whoopty doo! We can be and should be a better company than we are.

Fucking do something to make it better or shut the fuck up. if you don't like it here then LEAVE! No one will miss you and we will be a better company without you.

    Wait until you face some real adversity in life... you will crumble. Do you really think any company in this Country knew what to do going into a global pandemic? and yet you do nothing but talk shit and criticize our company and our leaders. FUCK OFF!!!

    Classy response. Call me some more vulgar names. It really makes you come across as knowledgeable and professional. And, are we supposed to run things through you first to get your approval on what ‘real’ adversity is? I mean, you seem to the the expert.

    But, my complaints start well before COVID. Were you here in 2019? Did you experience the constant bad roll outs of initiatives and trainings? COVID was just the icing on the cake. And, I know I can leave. And I might. I just expect better than the joke this place has been for the last 18 months. I’m here for a great product in a disease state that I’m incredibly passionate about. Like I said, we deserve better than the manner is which this place is being run.

    It sure seems to me that these negative posts are from someone in the corporate office with a vendetta against MS. I do not believe this is coming from the field. Whomever you are you need to get over it! Everyone is doing the best they can and Cologuard is a very unique product to market in an ever changing market. I sincerely believe our leadership is very passionate about positioning our company for success and noone is perfect!

    If you know so much about how this place should be run, then please enlighten us... be sure to show your work. Layout your 30, 60, and 90 day plan for how you would change what we are currently doing as an organization. Give us the structural changes you would make and please as I said, show your work!

    I think we should hire more Abbvie people and aim for lower Gallup scores. That’s a start. And, maybe we can go another year with no strategy for selling CG. That approach seems to make you happy.
