Yep, look for the BIG Pfizer to buy you. Your company has a lot of great tests, and a lot more to come. Just like when I worked for Parke-Davis and we had "Lipitor" and I was at a meeting with PD management, and said we were going to co-promote Lipitor with these Jerks. The Pfizer reps out in the field did very little but attended our speaker programs, so they could sell some of their other drugs like Procardia XL and others.
They are the buyers of other companies then in a few years, then almost all the Employees are gone. Get the picture, coming soon to Drug Company...Like You. Fair Warning!

i don’t think so. In fact, Exact is going to thank Pfizer for their services and send them on their way. We do not need their help and do not need to pay them anymore.

It’s hilarious that you think Exact controls the Pfizer situation in any way. Great stuff!!

Our stock jumped $30/share the day we announced our partnership with Pfizer, and you can be certain it would do the same in the opposite direction if we broke the partnership. We’ll desperately hang on to it as long as we can...or at least until Pfizer decides they want to buy CG. Pfizer is solidly in control of this relationship.

Pfizer at least cares about the health and safety of its salespeople unlike
Exact Sciences who could care less about their salespeople health and safety.

Is Pfizer even back in the field?

What a waste. Co promotions rarely succeed and this one is a total waste. Not to mention the utter hell these people are to deal with.

Exact Science screening revenue down by 68 million dollars and operating expense up by 77 million dollars. Gross margins are down. If it weren't for Pfizer, there would be worse results.

Exact Sciences will be in for the long term...Pfizer, the laughing stock of Big Pharma....

Sure - run with that. Our stock jumps $30 in a day after signing the deal with Pfizer...but, THEY are a laughingstock. You just showed what the problem is at Exact - most people at Exact think Pfizer isn’t good and isn’t making an impact, while truth is that Exact is a complete dumpster fire, riddled with mediocrity everywhere you look. KC is a fucking genius for hooking up with Pfizer. Hopefully, we’ll eventually put our massive egos aside and take the time to learn how a juggernaut functions. My guess is that we won’t. Too many egos in Madison.

You say "most people at ES think..."? You are speaking of the only reps you know. They don't know shit about how the Pfizer contract is affecting the bottom line. Quit using shitty resources to make a claim.

You’re assuming I’m a rep, which I am not. I know LOTS of people from all over the organization, so you can climb down off of your high horse now. Quit using shitty assumptions to make a claim.

1 year and 4 months remain...

Under the terms of the agreement, which runs through December of 2021, the companies will form a joint committee that will approve marketing plans and marketing budgets and will invest $174 million in the marketing and and promotion of Cologuard over the next four years. The breakdown consists of investments of $24 million each for 2018; $22 million each for 2019; $21 million each in 2020 and $20 million apiece in 2021. Exact Sciences must maintain its originally planned commitment to spend $80 million in each of the four years on out-of-pocket marketing and promotional material.

Also under the agreement, Pfizer’s sale representatives will make no less than 625,000 sales pitches in a calendar year. For the remainder of 2018, Pfizer’s salespeople must make 140,000 sales pitches.

Exact Sciences (Nasdaq: EXAS) will also pay Pfizer a promotional fee on a quarterly basis based on a percentage of laboratory service revenue, which is anticipated to increase from $441 million this year to $622 million in 2019; $861 million in 2020 and nearly $1.2 billion by 2021.

No, I’m not. I’m not really sure who it is you’re talking to. Go ask some of those Marketing folks who’ve “analyzed the Exact impact versus the Pfizer impact” and are “re-thinking the nature of our agreement with them.” You might not like my message, but it’s one that’s real.

So Pfizer not even in field until possibly next year. They have 10s of thousands of details under the terms of the agreement. Only way they meet those objectives is to fake calls. It’s the stupidest co-promotion ever.

Another example of those who think Exact is right and Pfizer is wrong. Too much of this at Exact right now. You need to shut up and learn from a company that has been excellent for decades, whereas Exact has been OK for a few years. Quit thinking you know anything, and just take some damn time to learn what great looks like.
