there are other tests that are dtp...and still reps are paid on returned tests.

same thing with blood tests...you think labcorp is being paid if you leave the office with an order or when you actually go into labcorp and get the blood/urine test actually done?

    You are dead wrong
    Still totally different
Patient has to completely finish on their own at home then send it back
    No comparison

Do those reps have to sell blood work! I think no. Its either LC or Quest depending on insurance. Good odds. Cologuard actually has to be sold not only to the prescriber but to the whole office to support the process. This is where the focus should be.Put hourly people on the phones to remind patients. So stupid to hold reps responsible. Even their drs can't get them to comply with everything!

lol okay go to the myriad website and check out their neuroscience division. same exact thing. Shipped directly to patient’s house, patient swabs themselves and results are sent back to the doctor. Reps are paid on returned tests and how much that test was revenued for. How is that different?

Potato potato. Seems like a lot of excuses from people who can’t get tests back ‍♀️ Maybe go “fax” over a psr report and try to get some tests back

What companies have you worked at where you think the culture is bad here? I have worked at big pharma and this culture is way better. What is it about the culture you do not like?

You speak of the big pharmaceutical sales model and how bad it is. What would you do that is different? How would you change it?

In life when things seem crappy there are two possible causes: the situation or YOU. Life is short, spend your time focusing on the good.

If I ever feel like the best course of action I have in my life is to take advice from an anonymous poster on a message board, I might come back here, read this, and heed your advice. Until then, save your Confucianism for someone who gives a fuck what you have to say.

All of Cluster 3, or the FP sales force, is gone by first Friday of December. Almost 400 reps!

Pfizer lay-off is going to impact CG share of voice.

Has Pfizer been getting a bonus related to Cologuard? Full bonus?

New co-promote coming. Looks like Bayer Women’s Health. Going to be selling IUDs.

    That is absolutely laughable.
Pfizer has brought just about nothing to the table. 2 percent increase in market share? We would have done that by ourselves and basically it is because of ES reps that it grew at all!

This is hilarious. I work for Exact, and even I know this isn’t true. More ES people need to just shut up and learn from Pfizer. We’ve developed a great product with CG; Pfizer has built an empire with decades of successful products. If we only grew 2% in market share with Pfizer, we would have lost market share going alone.
