Exact: Run horrible culture

    If you need to have a group of people assigned to improve the culture, you have already been a massive failure. The culture sucks and they will kill the Oncotype brand they purchased and all of the talented Genomic Health people are leaving ASAP. I've never see a company that has continuous turnover. Watch your back from the top down.

    It’s a shame. We went from a great culture to a bad one in the blink of an eye. We added too many people too quickly, at all levels, and the result is the mess we see around us every day. Unfortunately, the people in charge have no idea what to do to fix it, but really don’t give a shit if you leave, so you can expect some lip service but more of the same.

    blame HR and senior leadership is horrible.

    yep...want to change the culture? Start with senior leadership and PMRs that don't want to be held accountable. HR enablers.

    Exact Sciences is a hostile toxic environment
    That comes from the top down
    When you have managers threatening and screaming at their sales reps it’s time to clean house

    The managers just implement the bullshit that rolls down hill to them. This company treats everybody like this is their first job and they have to tell you exactly, step by step, how to do anything.

    That is the truth! It is very insulting! They treat us the same way they treat the rookie ISRs who go in the field and to make matters even worse they get paid the same as tenured field reps! So not right

    it is by far the easiest sales job....hence, most PMR's work half days and check the box.

    It does seem like an easy gig. Probably a better stepping stone into pharma sales than Enterprise Rentacar

    Yeah - then they brought pharma to us. The only difference is that at least my last pharma company was well run. This place is a joke. Punching out as soon as I can find a new gig.

    And you just drop off drug samples....same thing...still need an RX...for both IDIOT!
