Obviously, some amazing potential here. Odds are, none of us will be here to retire and perhaps even sell it. A house cleaning is coming, and it’s going to be big. If you knew what disdain MS has for the sales team, you’d know he doesn’t want you around to sell this.

This is such a bullshit statement. This poster obviously knows nothing

Well this is a bunch of BS .
I don't believe he doesn't like the sales team. Most reps I speak with have great respect for him and actually like him!
    Quit trying to disseminate lies!

You can like him all you want. It’s just not reciprocated. Sorry if that hurts your feelings, but you should hear how he talks about Sales when there aren’t PMRs around. There’s more to a guy tan what you see on stage 2 times a year.

Probably a lot if misunderstanding here. There are always a few miserable people at any company who are very vocal. This is unfortunate, because it can reflect poorly on the whole sales force, however MS is a brilliant man and I believe he would know this and not judge all because of a few bad apples.
He has a very challenging job.How many could really do it?

Brilliant? I’d love to hear what he’s done at Exact that exemplifies brilliance? Was it the unnecessary expansion? The piece of shit partnership with Pfizer? The EpicCare link debacle? The foolish addition of a GI team? Let’s hear about the great things he’s done!

And, it takes more than “a few bad apples” to account for the historically low Gallup scores. MS has been a failure. Period.

MS has flat out said that he thinks the dildo ISRs can sell and have better product knowledge than any of the “external” hires (even if they have been here since launch). How much value do you think the 22 year olds out of college add vs people with 10 years experience in the field? The only possible reason he says this is because he relishes on being able to pay the ISR reps pennies on the dollar compared to actual reps when deployed into the field or because his lawyer ass is way too far up his ass to understand anything

    That is ridiculous!
The ISRs basically cannot gain access to anyone to sell anything
Anyone who would say they are better is a moron. Most of the ISRs I know of and have worked witg just piss offices off and cause problems for PMRs because of their lack of inexperience! They basically do not know what they are doing

MS got here after Pfizer deal was inked. ECL has been a nightmare. Been here years now and nothing has been the same since Maneesh left, he took care of his sales people and we wanted to work hard for him.

Pfizer deal was announced in Sep of 2018. He got here in April of 2018. His grubby little fingers were all over it.

Regardless, I really can’t think of one outstanding thing he has done since getting here. I can certainly name several bad ones. I wanted to like him, as he has great stage presence and acts like he’s transparent. But, that’s just not who he really is, and his lack of any positive impact shows it. We need better if we’re going to be a great company.
