Otsuka recently offered early retirement and will be performing a reorganization as well. Lundbeck is going to 1 or 2 psyc reps per territory. 1 Trintellix/rexulti where there are currently only vertex and zenith or 2 reps when a ability m rep is added to mix. The notice will be given in Dec.
