Is this what I should continue to expect from Exact? They eliminated Q2 ICP, ok I can live with that we still had jobs. Now Exact is acting like the climate is back to normal while access has been cut in half at best. If they are going to carry on as if the PMRs are operating in a normal environment why wouldn’t they create an ICP that reflects that. As it stands now hitting your goal pays 40% less than it did Q1 and the rest requires you to hit 13 weekly goals. Even if you hit everything your are still $1k short of what Q1 looked like. So, 14 total goals for 10% less payout. I won’t go into the goals. WOW.

Oh and this while PMRs risk contracting COVID 19, spreading it to their family with no one in the scientific community able to figure out long term health effects.

Exact continues to be an incredibly frustrating experience.

You signed a letter accepting a customer facing position. You have been making $100K to sit at home and make phone calls during that time. It's time to go sell again so that we can survive as an organization. No we are not making as much as we did in Q1, we are not living in Q1 any longer. Chin up, or move along. It's really as simple as that. There are plenty of opportunities out there if this one doesn't it your lifestyle anymore. It is what it is.

This company is not in danger of going out of business. Not even close. Paying the sales teams what was agreed upon in the same letter you mentioned is cost of sales. Simple as that. It has nothing to do with lifestyle, it’s us holding up our end while a company does not.

Exact has 1.22 billion in cash and securities end of Q3 2020 and they BEAT Q3 projected earnings. Does that sound like a company that can’t afford to pay its sales teams? Do you buy that?

“so that we can survive as an organization”

I guess you do. How bout you continue to buy the BS. They can pay bonuses, Exact has decided not to do it while posturing to their gullible sales teams that they are penniless and apparently it’s working.

Good luck taking it on the chin for the rest of your life and saying thank you.

To answer your initial question: Yes. This is what you should expect from Exact. They seem to be going out of there way to fuck up the culture at a company that used to be great to work for. Business as usual nowadays.

Really? You haven’t expanded and you have 50 openings. How do you think those jobs opened up?

    Hint: people are leaving

This company is banking on covid testing. Look at their last reported results. Without covid revenue, it would had tanked more.
Culture sucks. Compliance folks are a joke. A bunch of lawyers making money and stock off the little folks. Wonder why upper, upper, upper mgmt get special stock trading perks and others don't? To screw everyone else so they can benefit. Nothing but Elitism here...................

PS--big brother is coming. Soon they will be reading all our emails and auditing when when wake up and turn on our car.

So, people are leaving, like I said. Justify who stays and who goes however you want, but ES is a place people are running away from, not running towards.

They do it with every other department that deals directly with the customers so expect surveillance to another level starting soon. Have already heard of folks getting canned for faking activities... really not hard to at least pick up the phone people

Keep crying that same song. People have left before and we are still moving forward. Get over yourself.

If you fake activity you should be fired. Integrity is one of our core values.

Good for you. I never said the company would shut down b/c people left. You’ll just be left with those who can’t find work elsewhere, and ES will continue to be mired in mediocrity. Anyone who has worked at a good company understands the dumpster fire you’ve got on your hands. Great product, huge need in the disease state, poorly run company.

Crazy to think that there are managers that are actively encouraging their employees to lie about the number and kind of activities
