They absolutely missed it in Ohio. Led by a self-proclaimed, "christian" (lower case) manager who lives near the Hall of Fame. I know, Christians aren't perfect; just forgiven. Agreed. The problem is his paint by number world finds him unwittingly living well steeped in his secular, moral relativism. What's that mean? He's either ignorant to what choices he actually makes or he's a massive hypocrite. Either way, a contradiction to his big professed faith. Yep, it's a real cross to bear in this culture. He doesn't even know he left it several miles ago at his Chase N.A. branch entrance. But he feels like he's holier than you.
Too funny, isn’t it. About 10 years ago my position was eliminated, all the other peeps in my department started acting like I was invisible. Luckily I found another spot within JNJ. Slowly, those same people started reaching out to me about positions in my new area.
Is it me or are there a lot of managers that fit this profile? Live in their tiny little world and pretend they have moral superiority?
Yep, didn't get a Christmas card from that kind, friendly person again! Someone who projects that they would not be a harsh judge & jury or back stabbing gossip. Rather, who I thought was a long standing corporate friend. Guess not. They actually sunk my ship; while they sailed out to sea coyly smiling at me. I wish them well for my own peace; but really your not who you project to be EOD, green one.
