If you work at Avion you have to realize the company is way behind on the pay scale. You can look up job titles in pharmaceuticals and see pay ranges. So if you want more money go apply somewhere else. Put your info out on LinkedIn

Don’t forget the “little people” at Acella. We do a lot to make things happen for the reps and field. It’s not just the promoted people that walked across the stage at NSM that make it all go. I guess they take all the credit and sure $$$ some of our former inside people left for 10-30 plus depending on your position even more.

RH has to be the biggest complainer. I am working. Don’t want to hear your issues here. Get us a new manager. Or get him a therapist.

Yes, please get that manic, incompetent mouth breather far far away from this industry.

Someone needs to tell the new guy to stop creeping on us. We don’t want you in our conversations either.

I will let Sully handle this situation. Not the first time we have heard of this.

So this is a district manager in the office? Old? Spencer the new hire?

The new hire. HR needs to talk to him about staring at us all the time.

Maybe that is his job. To make sure you are working. And if you see him looking at you...you looking at him? Maybe you are paranoid. Mind your own business. If you have a formal complaint go directly to HR.

HR knows all about your constant staring problem. Do all of us a favor just stop staring and don’t talk to us. We don’t work for you sicko.

HR? You must be kidding. HR is never there. Knows nothing. And thanks for posting the Executive VP spot for no one loyal to the company to interview for? Hired someone with so much less experience then people already in the field. So odd? This person is not even qualified. She sniffed around about people here and I got a call. Good Luck with that one. If HR was smarter they would have done their homework.

That sounds interesting. Should be great working under that person. They will most likely run a background check privately on each person on their team. Sounds insecure or hiding something.

Not talking about the staring idiot you are posting about. Maybe YOU should call HR? I am referring to the ex Vp that no one like DC, MM, PC all more qualified than the new hire. She called people from LinkedIn connected to the company and wanted dirt on several (SL, CS,BB, SV) just to name a few. Not even qualified to do the job. No wonder she is worried

If this is who “P” claims it is shame on HR her first connection is Pugh.

Who is P? Does HR do any background checks?

People use Covid not to come in and half of them probably aren’t working at home.
