Why are we so underpaid?

    Regulatory and upper management is by far the weakest link at this company. I will at last you. As far as information I am not privy to the answer is none. The last time you invested anything with either TXR or OXR was after its approval date.

    Also I have no idea why you are bringing up acquiring products and their reps. Clearly you all don’t know what your doing in that department as seems with 830s denial. So why do t you work on something tangible for the field. If you can’t do that then shut your trap.

    you idiots got a CRL due to moving to a new headquarters and you submitted an incomplete NDA for 830. Think about how stupid you all look in the eyes of investors.

    they can’t find joy, they are RDs at a branded generic company. Meanwhile, this is a stepping stone for every rep but a dead end for RDs. Name one RD that became an RD at a real Pharma company. I’ll wait.

    Don’t be fooled into thinking the person posting that stuff is actually a RD. A real RD has no motivation to antagonize reps on this site. Much more likely that it’s a disgruntled or no longer employed rep trying to stir the pot.

    Not true at all. I recently accepted a job with a company that does things the RIGHT way.

    Our lowest level employees get paid the most money. Then as you gain experience, develop skills, and get promoted you make less and less until you make it all the way to CEO where you get paid minimum wage, which is about to be $15 per hour so yeah...pretty sweet deal.

    Dude did you just answer your own post?? I heard months ago that RDs have been receiving a guaranteed bonus amount for the last two years? If that’s true why is it happening?
