    Looks like you’re responding to a post from a few months ago. Not sure why it makes you so mad. And, I think the comment was about the leadership style (abusive) as opposed to the expectation that someone hits goals. There are a lot of ways to motivate and engage employees - treating them like shit isn’t one of them.

    So true...many of the sales reps here rely on H.R to protect them. You know who they are. They are the ones complaining about everything

    Without covid testing, stock wouldn't be doing as well.
    When are the compliance folks going to get fired? Currently, they are monitoring sales emails.

    Why would Compliance get fired for monitoring emails? That’s part of their job function.

    Without revenue from one of our products, our stock wouldn’t be doing as well? Great insight, Sherlock. You forgot to mention that if the company wasn’t named Exact Sciences, it would be named something else. Genius!
