   Adjust all those upwards. Especially on the lower end. They are paying new people significantly more than their partners who have been here. They are causing a lot of bad blood.

   Unless you need a job I would run. Yes field rides are 2-3 days every 3-4 weeks. Plus the metrics is a huge part of the job. Don't even ask about our meetings.
