   You still dont get how this works? Syneos bills the customer for the teams I/C. The customer may have 90 days or more to pay, called payment terms. While Syneos is waiting to be paid, they aint paying you. They will not advance the cash for IC...

   The purge started last year with downsizing and will likely continue for those with Entresto. It’’s what pharma does. Especially Novartis. Leqvio was been a colossal financial failure and the fallout should be dramatic.
