    I have been seeing posts that mention this new Derm company out of NJ backed by an Indian Company.

    They have a sparse website and little information.

    However, they seems to have a non-steroidal Seb Derm product, a barrier repair cream (think Biafine and Mimyx) and foam technology (like everyone else).

    So, the question is...

    Does anyone know anything else about this company?

    They've built a great dynamic team in New Jersey. I interviewed with them and was very impressed.

    The parent company is Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. They are very aggressive and have done quite well in the U.S.

    They very well could be a company to be excited about. I have heard they are looking to build a sales force that will be new and aggressive with a focus not only on growth but rep appreciation. That would be different!!!!

    Do you have any recruiter info on this company. My current job is all about call reports, call frequency, dropping samples off etc. i feel under appreciated at times and would like a change. I am in the top 10% in my company, have won many awards and have been in the pharma industry for over 9 months. Before that, I worked for a copier company for 2 years. I have great closing skills and always ask for the business. I have great detailing capabilities and am wonderful at organizational skills. I am currently looking to break into specialty derm companies, any help would be appreciated!

    I interviewed with them yesterday for a territory in the Northeast. They seem to be doing everything first class....systems etc. Reps will be driving Volvo S-60's. They said the incentive and compensation package is still being developed but will definitely be competitive with other specialty derm companies. Definitely not a "big pharma" mentality. Management team has a lot of derm experience and seems like a dynamic team.

    I thought they are still trying to find management for the Northeast area. Does anyone know anything about it.

    They still have two open DM positions, one in the Northeast and one in the Midwest. They are recruiting reps across the country. When I interviewed we didn't talk money. I assume they are competitive since they have hired people with derm experience. It was a panel interview...4 people from management. What impressed me was their enthusiasm and that they seem to be very people oriented and willing to invest in the reps. For a start-up they sound like they are doing things first class...SFA system...laptops...selling skills and product training etc.

    S=Sales F=Force A=Automation
    Sales Force Automation as in the handheld signing device for the physicians to sign for samples.

    I don't think they are having a hard time finding DM's. 3/5 DM positions are filled. They said that they just completed a sales force alignment project and that they have added another DM position. Origially there were only going to be 4 DM's. I interviewed for a rep position but I think they had a number of DM candidates coming in the next day.

    with 5 DM positions it sounds like they don't plan on having too big of a salesforce, which means HUGE territories for everyone. more like a sales force of only 50 (10 represenatatives per DM)
    start ups are tough, we have seen a ton of start up derms take it in the shorts lately.
