    Coming from pharma ..how is laboratory sales step forward or backward? Money wise? Anything helps!

    Pharma reps do not make any money at all. Bottom feeders of the medical industry. They work from 10-2 three days a week. Come on now.

    Well...still curious...is Lab sales a step foward or back? Whats the deal with this company?
    bounus/goals obtainable? Not looking for a "Cake Walk", just looking for real responses!!

    Lab sales are a big step forward from pharma. Good base and open ended commission structure i.e. the more you sell/grow the more you make

    Lab sales is the way to go....for people that love to sell, work, and achieve and exceed goals. And those that enjoy being rewarded for their work.

    Quotas are obtainable and commission plan is op ended.

    Whose thier Competition? Are the Turn and Burn type company? How long is Training?

    Competition includes CBL, Bostwick, Caris, DGX and LCA

    The lab business is quit a bit different than pharma and if you don’t have decent market share when taking over a territory it will be a long uphill ride. You need to ask how much business is coming into the territory now. Anything less than $100,000 in revenue a month is not going to be good enough.
