Federal Courts closed all week due to the blizzard which rampaged through the east coast.
They are scheduled to reopen on Tuesday.

Only the infamous delivery system is keeping the generic from hitting the stores.
The drug itself is only Methylphenidate...nothing magic about that! Oh, and it's FDA approved!

Change the capsule hole size and number...and you now have a new product. Have you actually LISTENED to the oral arguments for yourself? The whole case rests on the delivery system and the release rates, not the drug.

Is the loss the patent the reason why J&J reps quit pushing concerta last week?

As of May, Alza will supply Watson with OROS tablets, which Watson will package and sell as a generic drug. This explains why JNJ's lawyers did nothing to protect Concerta's patent that should have ended 2016... or our jobs.
