How do you like working for this company? How's the benefits? Do you fear layoff's?

Layoffs are inevitable. You heard it hear. Dont care that they are expanding. It is the nature of the industry. Period. Three years. Tops. Mark my words.

Agree, we will see a maximum of another three years of wild expansion and growth. Enjoy it while it lasts. Although the insulin market is likely to keep growing, generics (including Pfizer) and general pressure on pricing will kick in and reduce Novo to a more regular business growing 2-5% yearly, instead of the 10-15 % we've gotten used to over the past 10 years.

Will someone answer the fuckin' questions?

I think the above posters tried to address the longevity aspect of the OP's question. Now, for the fuckin' questions, people are obviously quite happy being with Novo (as this is where jobs currently are), benefits are above average, and layoff's probably will not come within the next 12 months.

This is probably a fair answer to the fuckin' questions. However, the fact that employee's must fool around in the "changing diabetes" circus is pretty pathetic. Novo is changing nothing about diabetes except for their bottom line. Of course it is all about money. Please don't fuck with the Novo employee's attempting to put any other spin on the business. Nobody is that stupid, not even Novo employee's. It will come back kicking you in the balls sooner than you know.

The benefits are well above average which is great as long as you are here which won't be long term. Have a plan B in the works as Novo will suffer the same fate as the others in this industry or what if we cured diabetes? Party over. LOL

Sorry you didn't get the job here. Must suck still working for Lilly right now, huh?

If you don't see how Novo is different, than you are either blind or stupid.

Thanks for the laugh. You obviously have no idea what makes up a good rep. Just because one of your buddies wants a job doesn't make him the best qualified candidate. Grow up.

The minute that you show that you have an IQ point above management, you are history so as long as you play dumb, you can go far with NN.

You know, I've thought the same thing, but never said it. It's sad. You cant argue managerial "mistakes" for the greater good of the company (or any other pharma company) or the powers to be will surely cut your career short.
