    Just as soon a Burzik and Delvacchio are sent on their way I'm calling Mark Williams to come out of retirement. The past 3.5 years have been a nightmare for us but Mark will help bring this company back to it's glory days. Can you imagine the reaction of the RVP's that we have now? I wonder how many of them would be out of a job if Mark were to lead us again.

    Since when has KCI had any RVP's? We haven’t seen a real RVP in years. I can only think of 1 or 2 current RVP's who would truly meet the qualifications of being a RVP. An yes Dean you're NOT one of them. In its current format what we have is masquerade for RVP's with little to no experience. Almost all of them have no clue on how to manage the two care settings.

    Come on let's be real about things. Our management is no different than a Bernie Madoff ponzi scheme. KCI defrauds its employees by trying to make us think we actually have a product that is superior to the competition. We over change our customers and tell them to take it or leave and believe me they are leaving us thanks to buzik and delvacchio arrogance. The only thing that is working correctly at KCI is the clock and soon time will run out and there will be no more KCI. Take that to the bank.

    I agree with you. The RVP's are for the most part a joke. And yes Jeff B., I'm talking about you.

    But bringing Mark Williams?

    Really.

    Where is MG in all this? Only hear about MD and CB.

    MG's focus is everywhere outside of North America. MD will be left holding the bag for the declinig revenue and poor perfromance year over year. CB may like him, but she would sell out her dance partner if it made her look good to the board. See the Woody file for confirmation.

    Before Woody, as well. Don't have the timing on it all but 2 Sales Senior Sales Presidents gone prior tothe end of her second year.

    The board is either playing stupid and waiting until Cathy's contract is up or we have a board that is just as stupid as our Sr. Executive Team. Which is it?
