So, whats ahead for service in the new year?

    I know this board is mostly used by sales, but I am a service guy wondering if there is any word of what is happening with service this year.

    I have noticed that KCI seems to be taking small parts of my job and assigning them to bigger service centers. Business is getting slower and not the usual slow for this time of year, but slow in general. Customers are starting to use ITI and S&N and I don't see any action by upper management.
    KCI claims to have great communication among the ranks, but we(service)are in the dark. The business strategy does not make sense to me.

    Any insight would be great

    Back when I was with KCI. I had the opportunity to work with a great Service Team. I'm sorry to say, that has all going away. Your time, like the vast majority of the field, will be gone soon. Start looking for the next opportunity. The Grass is greener. KCI, the once great company to work for is dead. Stick a fork in it's Ass, It's done.
