Does anyone have any info on Covidien and its Monitoring and OR Device sector? I have an interview next week and was wondering what people thought of them. Would you choose Covidien, Boston Scientific, Medtronic, St Jude, or JnJ? Thanks for the help

You're comparing completely different levels of medical device/supplies. MORP is a fairly commodity division of COV- its basically supply driven. Its an entry level into Med Sales. Boston Sci, J&J, Medtronic, etc compete with Covidien's Surgical division. Totally different. It would be like comparing Ethicon Wound Management to Cordis...both J&J companies, totally different markets.

Would you advise a person to Covidien MORP or BSC GI Division? Thanks.

It is a crap job. You schlep overpriced commodities for minimal pay. There is no recognition for hard work and you build no important contacts to move up. I would avoid this at all costs
