Serious question about messaging

    I don't know if I'll get any serious answers but I'm willing to give this a shot. I'm a new rep w Forest and am looking for some new ideas for promoting savella on label. I've pretty much exhausted the "multile-measure" and 15 week data in the mva. What are other reps saying that's getting providers on board? Is there anything out there that works really well with you? I need new ideas. Serious replies please.

    This is why we are forced to sell off label or angle things to help promote Savella in the best light. With management forcing results they leave us no choice if we want to keep our jobs.

    Bottom line is Savella Sucks. Let's be honest. This is a pretty shitty drug. A third of the patients get sick from it and most of those that can tolerate the med don't have any efficacy from it. My docs say that about 20% of patients who take this see a difference. That does not build up any confidence in the physicians mind. They are gonna choose an agent like Cymbalta because at least the patient can tolerate it and remember they have like 3 different pain indications now anyways.

    Just say whatever you think they want to hear. Lie and promote off label if you have to. Do you want to keep your job? Then the end justifies the means!!!
