They give iPads but you don't own them. It's laser etched with your rep id number and assigned to you. They have to be returned if you quit or are terminated.

No doubt. They said the commission cuts are justified by the lack of R&D dollars they've had so in order to up R&D, they are cutting rep pay. How much did it cost to develop the Apps on the iPad and now distribute them? Does is truly add that much value? Is that making good use of R&D dollars, if they are so scarce? Why not start with cutting back on the excessive sample distribution and eliminate 1, 2, or 5 of the Med Ed, Compliance, and all the other BS jobs they have conjured up over the last few years?
