Has anyone ever had a surprise sample audit from St. Louis employee with no notice? I know a lot of reps in warm climates are audited every winter and often just one rep from a team is chosen but I was wondering if anyone has had one without being notified and whether I should straighten up my storage unit knowing they will be in the area.
There really are only a couple of things that the company can terminate you on the spot for. Samples are definitely one of them. Make sure all your s*!t is in line 100% if there is even a chance of an audit, especially if you're not on great terms with your DM.
Heve been around close to 10 years. Have had a few sample audits myself. Really not a big deal. The audit was never a total suprise. Had a few days notice. Also don't know anyone who ever got one totally out of the blue. If you are worried though, just have everything ready and your stuff straight.
From what I've experienced they usually give several days notice. I think if its a bad one they notify you the day of. Best to keep everything straight just in case.
