Sudden stoppage of promotion of Lexapro to high writters without informing sales force. Non-compete document rolled out to all employees not just new hires. Narrowed indication for Daxas...if it even gets approved. No big revenue products in the pipeline to support the high salaries managers collect. Sunshine act blinding the offices and locking out sales reps one...by...one...I see the end in sight. Yes, the sky is falling!

reps now have access to all reports...don't need so many managers to analyze data...the waste of skin managers like to create busy work by having their reps reanalyze the data over and over again...wake up...or better yet just keep sleeping, that way you might not feel it when you get cut down from the forest.
Too many chiefs not enough enough indians, too many cooks in the kitchen...why doesn't forest learn...this bloated pod management style is ineffective...cut the DM trees down. Only the good ones will remain standing; qualifications?
No elite mentality, work WITH (along side) reps not against the selling efforts because they realize they are here to sell and not cut and paste data already provided by the company....are there any out there...hello?
