This is out of hand! How can we be expected to hit our targeted # when 1/2 our products are on backorder? Skip should be fired as he took ownership of this months ago. The buck stops with him now! All we keep hearing is this should all be cleared-up in a couple of weeks. We have been hearing that for months. The "street" would flip if they knew how really screwed up this place is.
i love Flora's email telling us very rudely that "he hears us". Fuk you Flora. Skip please send another quote from some manager (we all know who it is).....it really makes everything better when i read some stupid quote. And Lori, oh Lori, thanks so much for the one pager telling us how to respond to our customer's questions about the backorders. What would any of us in the field have done without that leadership?
The lack of organization, accountability, and urgency regarding these backorders is shocking. With all of the internal protocol changes, coupled with lack of product availability, sellers heads are absolutely spinning on a daily basis. Will there be any quota adjustment....if not, the company is simply not geared toward representative retention. If so, it is an offer of good faith that could act as an "olive branch" during a time where NOTHING has went smoothly. I won't hold my breath.
But the good new is, we were ranked #1 on the Patent Board Scorecard! Who needs product when you have that?
is anyone getting real answers regarding quota adjustments for this major F up? My manager says they are discussing it. I need to know soon, my year depends on it.
Get real, they won't adjust quotas. They may be "discussing" a lot of things but not with Scott, Skip or Lori, just amongst themselves. That would be the right thing to do and you know Scott isn't about doing the right thing for us. This is another one of those times when we'll just have to suck it up again.
