Ista is going to need more rangers

    There are a lot of people leaving. I think there is over 10 sales openings. This is the most by far I can remember during my tenure. Why so many leaving?

    There needs to be an asterik by any reps name at the NSM that:

    A. Lives in CA
    B. Has 60 total Bromfenac volume and an 80% conversion rate
    C. Bepreve on Medicaid
    D. A paid off "KOL"

    WHAT A JOKE. How many Pres Club fols would have an asterik or 3? Hmmmmmmmmm.....

    The bonus system is skewed in favor of tm's that live in CA ir VA or NY that have approved Bepreve as covered in large part by the state's insurance plans. all the rest of us can have Dr's write scrips all day long but the pharmacy will automatically change it to a generic or will ask the patient to pay full price. Like that's going to happen!

    Dont forget NC!!!! lol It is ridiculous that reps who grow their Bromfenac market share from oh say 30% to 35% make more then someone who maintains over a 60%!!!!!!!! And dont get me started on Bepreve......how can you compete against another rep who has coverage when you dont?? Even the playing field Ista home office and Ill put up the numbers....All in all its a BS comp plan that changes with the wind. Never seen nor heard of anything like it.

    rational thought here.

    the company is trying to grow and make money, so why is that important, because they change the comp plan to help it grow. If allergy is the next big market, why not help people to realize that and pay the top people for understanding that and growing their markets? you dont here top people who grew their market complain? also not every one in the top 25 has favorable mc. trust me I dont! i just work harder than most and stop complaining and find a way to win!

    Its not that hard to figure out. this is common practice in any business, take hamburgers, if you want to go away from selling hamburgers and want to start selling chicken, lets see, pay your people more to sell chicken to help your growth and bottom line.

    Wait, people will say this is unfair!!! well whats more unfair is not having a job which almost happen a couple years ago when ista didnt have the foundation it does now. Also i dont hear people bitching and crying about the stock options they got at 2 bucks that are over 8 now? o

    remember this is a job, if you want to keep one, you find a way to win. how hard is that to understand, verses spending your time in a chat room,when you could be out there closing business.

    on managed care, it will get worse so get use to it, with obama care and other changes occuring, it will be worse so adapt or leave. there are ways to win if you look.

    slam me if you like, but hopefully this opened your eyes to the real world and how to be successful.

    bitching about what other people have and you dont never got anyone to the top,

    Wipe the kool aid stain from your mouth. Sit back and wait for the new comp plan my dear dear rep. Think you won't have a non payout month where your numbers are great and then down a half a percentage point during a money month and you wont get a dime??? Think again. Bepreve is the future ONLY because generic bromfenac is looming. If they get the extension like they applied for to lengthen its exclusivity, the focus will snap back to Bromday. And then the REAL reps who built this company will dominate and you primary care reps selling Bepreve will whimper like beat dogs. Yea I said it. I FORGOT how to "sell" a non surgical project with NO, ZIP, ZILCH, ZERO MC coverage! A child could gain mktshare with our supersize me allergy eyedrop if it wasnt 115$ a bottle.

    It was hard to sell 2 years ago. Way to pat yourself on the back there. It's called work hard and make money. Really hard to figure out yet only a few do it
