    an ex DM here would send emails out the next morning if you hadn't sync'd the night before.

    Are you saying Dr. Shah came back after leaving about 6 or so years ago? He was CEO a long time ago because he worked with the majority shareholder at the time.

    It's not the same Shah - you're thinking of Mehandra (or however he spells his name) who had a son Nruple as the HR person.
