manager in Florida is already gone. Will they consolidate the state under 1 manager or replace her. Who would take that job knowing that all the reps are looking to leave?
The plan is to go lean and mean. We will have 5 regionals and all will report to them. As we shed core buisness that is not part of the plan moving forward we will need less boots on the ground. The goal is to support the r&d centers and the job will be exciting for those who can cut it. The ne wleaner organization will be a nimble and repsonsive group. Our custoemrs may not like the changes but our targets have changed. We will partner with academic centers so as to support the oncology franchise moving forward. Buckle up and get ready for the ride of your life.
Partner with Academic centers.....Do you guys just pull things such as business plans out of thin air? Why would an Academic Center even need to Partner with you? Do you realize that most regional pathology practices hate you folks. Especially the hemepaths
RE: FL manager, now with the Novartis management, let's hope they look at experience. Not make another mistake I've heard of with the P. R. D.M., that does not support their reps! I would like to stay with this company, now that there is structure, at least some rhyme and reason. I know it is pharma now... but at least I would know what I need to do to succeed, and not just a verbal "guess". This is a problem from CA through Maine. How many DM's will be displaced? great Q!
