Shocking to think the board is supportive of this team.

Warburg Pincus (with two board members) should be fuming about the current value of their investment.

 

It will not be supportive for long. Managers leaving, morale in every department is shit, sales are flat, stock is in the tank, change is needed. Pincus knows this.

 

can we merge with Pincus other investments in this space ? how about bausch & lomb ??
