This was put into place a few weeks after they "eliminated" 10 or so reps and demoted 3 RM's back to reps. Hard to revolt when your only other option is the unemployment line.

I was one of the many laid off recently at BH. My time there was the worst of my career. I saw three Nationals Sales Managers changes/firings, I reported to two different RMs and saw the entire group I trained with let go.

There was a strange culture there. I think it was a "southern" thing. The southern women who worked there were promoted, while those that weren't from southern states were ignored. My life was miserable when I worked at BH. But, when one door closes another opens.

Left implant sales and got into Captial Equipment sales and have loved every minute of it.

You have to be one of SB's pets to get anywhere at this company. Whatever happened to the IPO?

IPO was due early Feb but has been 'postponed'. I guess the market didnt fancy stumping up for a loss making company...

Since the IPO did not go through, what does this mean for BIOHORIZONS? Will Healthpointe keep funnelling cash flow? Dropping negatives to the balance sheet each year and now without an IPO is not something investors (Healthpointe) like. Unclear on what the next step is.
