it's more likely that the one who refers to someone as an "ass clown" is the less educated one. I wouldnt worry that you dont know the definition of it. In fact, feel even more confident in yourself since you dont know the definition. from reading these boards, which I do to find out the inside track on what's happening in companies, it seems that Celgene has some very disturbed employees. Either that or they really are uneducated. I also wonder why senior managment seems so disliked.
