    Be Aware!
Do not wish to say who,or how I know. There WILL be some visitor's to chosen centers wanting to see various documents as well as office files selected or not.
This well most definitely occur BEFORE scheduled layoffs.

Really??? Wow...once again someone has led credibility to this site by posting a comment that is so absolutely stupid and proves without a doubt that the IQ of most people posting barely registers on the scale of any kind of intelligence. Thanks!

    Hey Einstein,
One incoherent psycho does not represent the masses that go to this site to try to get the latest scoop and to post without being stifled by incompetent wanna-be jr. execs that are in denial about the truth and the current status of this struggling outfit.
Most "intelligent" people have moved on to a more honorable company, or profession, and can decipher for themselves what is credible or not.
    Thank you.

    P.S - Which are you?

Well, well. This is the place to sound off . I was just told about these message boards over the weekend, did not even know they existed. I guess you could say when I started working for this company a few years back I was hopeful about my future here. I worked my tail off in the office to ensure that I did have a long career here. My D.M even said as much to me just before the holidays. Fast forward to today and knowing of my impending position as a CSR is about to go to a call center in Kentucky leaves a real bad taste in my mouth. I feel like along there were some VERY questionable methods to keep the paperwork flowing through the office, as well as things being told to patients and referrals that were simply not true. There are so many times I wanted to speak up about some of the actions I have personally witnessed but felt like it would probably cost me my position with the company. Now knowing what I know, I would welcome someone taking a closer look at the methods used to complete DOCS, CMN'S, AUTHS. as well as patient testing .

You should make a complaint to Medicare. Give them specifics to investigate.

I'm on board. We have the same thing going on in our center only its gotten worse. Theres too much emphasis on the numbers and it doesn't matter legal or otherwise how you achieve them.

You know who I feel the sorriest for ? The oxygen patients on service with PPS! Half of them either never needed it in the first place, or are still using it not knowing they no longer need it!! Everyone who is anyone in the business knows the shady practices of PPS. So sad.

Just wait until next quarter when we change the commission plan, you will see a LOT of changes and see that there are a lot of patients who really dont need oxygen and it wont be pushed to the doctors as hard. Sad, Sad company and I am ashamed to be a part of it. I am getting out. Probably this week.

as a former pcc i can say that i forged documents on a weekly basis. it was tough having to go out of my way for other pcc's out of my territory to get things signed. my csr didn't care. my dm didn't care. i used to sign everything right in front of them........as long as they turned their back technically they didn't see anything. i'm not saying this doesn't happen at other dme's but it happens a lot at pps. my dm encouraged it at the end of every month. she knew she wasn't gonna last longer than 6 months. i think that's the culture they've created. no pcc or dm expects to be with the company longer than 6 months so you do what you have to do to make money.
