THIS COMPANY HAS THE BALLS TO REDUCE MY SALARY TO 226$$$ AND STILL TAKE OUT CAR ALLOWANCE BECAUSE OF THEIR OWN ERROR! AND IT'S SUPPOSE TO OCCUR NEXT PAY PERIOD AS WELL!!!! NO OTHER PHARMA COMPANY WOULD STOOP THIS LOW! THIS IS BS!! I don't even think the IRS would garnish wages at such a ridiculous percentage!

Yes, the bonuses were poorly handled this last quarter and quota's raised to 300% for some of us (which makes no sense at all).

But if you don't know how to manage your money (since they overpaid us by thousands and now are correcting it) you should go back to school to learn a little more about money management......GEEZ! Grow up and get another job since this one is too taxing on you!

Hey idiot....this his nothing to do with money management. How about you go back to school to learn how to handle a poorly handled situation. The company shouldn't have paid us thousands and then have strip away $ from semi weekly checks to make up for it. That is ludacris! I agree with the first post. It was handled poorly. Anybody can tell you that this is not a normal situation.

They can't keep anyone here maybe they should look at how crappily they treat their employees. I only got 390$$$

What are you talking about? I'm interviewing for a job -- do you mean to say they have been paying you above what they said they would pay, found out they made a mistake and are now taking the money back thru your paychecks?

Its probably just because of the earthquake/floods and stuff.

Seems to me you should have realized this when you were getting your checks. It's like finding money that doesn't belong to you. You have to give it back if it's not yours.

Now, if they hired you at one salary and have now told you your check is being reduced, that's a whole different story.

You guys are so fucking stupid.

I understand that we owe the money back to them if we were not due what we received, but can you please let us know where we stand? Will you be taking more out of a third consecutive paycheck? Send out an email and let us know...

I would think that if you looked at your scorecard for that quarter then you would know what your bonus was supposed to be and would be able to use basic math to figure out how much you owed the company back. I'm amazed you can't figure this out on your own!

I'm sure by looking at that you should be able to find how you are taxed differently when it comes to a commission. I'm amazed that you could figure that out on your own smart guy
