30, 60 & 90 Plan

    Hello,

    Is is important to present a 30, 60 or 90 action plan at interviews? Where would I find an example of one?

    It depends on the job and company. It can never hurt unless you go over board with a 90 slide powerpoint (yes, it has been done!)

    Use google and you can find lots of examples but most are very generic. Generic is fine for the firs 30 days and even some of the 60 day. But you also need to show in the plan concrete knowledge of the company, products and competitors, and customers. Think about how you would approach the job and start making a list. You'll be surprised how easy this is!
