His appointment to CEO was the final nail in the coffin after the Sciele execs left the company out to dry and took their parachutes. Shah was in way over his head and had no idea how to deal with the organization or its people. That was the japanese's biggest mistake was putting SPJersey in charge.

I will be interesting to see what sort of plan the japanese come up with now. I still wonder if they'll just cut thier losses and dissolve American operations totally. They were fooled into believing the execs at Sciele actually wanted to run a business under them... but they were fools by choosing such horrible replacements when that turned out to be a sham.

Good to see he is gone. He was totally useless. Hopefully Japan is seeing the light.

Now if they would make some more changes HR needs to have a house cleaning next, NJ (GS) and the Atlanta ones that are left all need to go.

Then maybe the company would have some ethics again.

Is John Jackowski still at the company? He was a douchebag trainer.

john jackowski is actually really cool

Is gone. But he actually was really cool. He just had a "seemingly" bad attitude. If you got to know him he was pretty laid back.

No john, ur not cool. Don't try promoting urself as something btr than what u are. U always had a superior cocky attitude that was displayed not just to new hires. U were a prick to others, I'm sorry...u are still a prick and that's why karma bit u in the ass when u finally got a dm position.
