Eliminated territories?

Wow. This is all an interesting read. Does anyone know around how many people have been let go or territories eliminated since march?

 

On a regional level, look at your region's most recent roster and note the missing reps.

 

Rather than eliminate territories how about eliminating Rod Novack. He is worthless as a marketer is simply taking up space and salary that could well be used for more productive things.

Ron Wickline, one of your fearless leaders, is totally heartless. He just wants to line his pockets, has absolutely no respect for anyone, especially sales reps. He is a major piece of Sh..t.................................

 

Ha-ha......glad to see your over priced oxycontin is floundering....next time your management should hire experienced reps with relationships instead of a bunch of college grads. Docs don't care about what you have..... it's whether they know you. Senior management if your interested in turning the launch around post who I can call.

 

So how many of you expect to be around come march? judging by national numbers NOT MANY OF YOU!

 

Seems like all those who are on PIPs have been let go. Now comes the new round of PIPs! Hooray for Covidien for creating such a positive, non hostile environment!

 

In all my 8 years working here, I've never heard of anyone surviving a PIP. If you're placed on one for low sales numbers, start looking elsewhere immediately! The good part is that you can qualify for unemployment if/when let go.
