Arthrex distributors carrying other lines?

I thought Arthrex frowned on carrying other lines. The Dallas guys are selling Arthrosurface, which is surprising now with more metal big coming in the pipeline. How are other distributors handling other lines? is it a kind of 1099 'don't ask, don't tell' policy?

 

I believe if they carry additional lines they lose a portion of their commission. Not sure the formula but their commission decreases with additional lines.
But i agree, in this case it appears not to make much sense.

 

Is your goal to get the dallas distibutor in hot water. Sounds like you are a rat?

Interesting question...I have often times wondered the same thing. The IN distributorship sells another tissue line other than JRF and Lifenet.

 

Tissue line is a non issue. It's price and availabily on distributor offering those items.
