    He thinks this company has a premium product and should be priced higher, but no contracting at hospitals like the big company's, does he really think this is going to work, when in the real world, contract or they won't use your product and also the fact that we have to beat pricing at most places to get the business, its called "LIFE", deal with it, I think this guy is going to make this company go down hill and bankrupt if it isn't close already!!!! Good luck, I think the rest of the company of reps that are left will looking to leave soon as well, the turnover this company has is a joke, now I know why!!!!!!!! Corporate idiots, just trying to get data and information, bad business!!!!!!

    This company is total BS!!! I was hired mid March for the "big" expansion, and my territory was eliminated 45 days later. If your considering working for this company......RUN!!!

    yes, run, how can they hire new reps train them then let them go? This is absolutely stupid!! I don't think anyone knows what they are doing at corporate you can't get anything done anyway and they always make you do something else just to get approval, you want us selling slings or not, then get us the trocars we need and not say drop off day before then pick up, that is such a waste of gas, time, etc. STUPID

    I was hired in February and they let me go on Friday, I had doubled the sales in my territory the first month too, what the heck is going on at Caldera, possibly bankruptcy? Why not just keep them as contractors? Why fire everyone you just spent time and money on? Doesn't make sense? Unreal!!!!

    I was given the offer to work for them on the 27th of April. they told me i needed to cut off all ties with my previous employer, so i did, and three days before my official hire date they called saying that there is no more job for me. WTF!!! I AM NOW UNEMPLOYED THANX TO THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Corrupt fockers....RUN!!! This company is so fucking poorly run! Be glad you're not stuck with credit card debt like the rest of us in the field...this is THE SHITTIEST company on record...I'm surprised we haven't been sued by a former or current employee for the shit they pull...UNREAL! Run for your career!

    Why would you have credit card debt from them? Just curious. Thanks. Yes, this company is shady at best and they just use reps for their contacts and they wonder why they can't get people to stay? Hmmm, wonder why Bryon?

    I wouldn't work for this half ass run company anyway, Bryon may think he knows what he is doing, but the amount of turnover there is amazing and the communication is horrible, I would run if thinking of working for this company. Caldera just got rid of 1/3 of its reps. RUN RUN RUN.

    Yeah, I don't think anything good is going to come from these last cuts, they probably did this to try to get the mini sling launched or get more data to them, hell not many docs even use the mini sling, at least they didn't in my territory that I used to have, not sure the thinking from Corporate, but they will soon learn and probably the hard way!
