Probably nothing unless Skura buys TargetRx. Strategic partnerships mean zippo and are a dime a dozen. Also if we wanted a good strategic partnership we should be looking at companies with a better outlook than Skura. They aren't even 1 or 2 in the CLM space. Two pawns don't make a King.
