How does thermo handle their acquisitions? I work for Phadia, and of course I am wondering about my job. Does Thermo usually allow companies to operate independently? Do they integrate people? Or do they slash and burn?
When we bought dionex we have been working to intergrate 3 new team members in. Probably wont happen till the end of this year before it all actually works. Thermo's problem is that we have like 700 1-800 numbers and it is hard to do business with us. Customer have to issue different PO's for all sorts of crap.
