Could someone provide some insight on the initial training process for Animal Health? Not really detailed information, but more on the time schedule, i.e. home study vs time in Madison? Thanks

2 weeks home study, work with 2 or 3 reps in other states, back to home office 3 times over the next 3 to 4 months for testing and a weeks worth of daily video role plays each time you go back...

It's not bad at all. Actually, it is the best training I have ever been to. You will have fun and learn alot.

Thanks so much for the info! Sounds like they do a pretty good job in making sure you are prepared to see customers.

Trust me like any other training what you learn in the classroom rarely pans out in the field. A lot of it is a bunch of crap that corporate tries to cram down your throat to justify their existence.
