Basically they tried to expand into territories where they had no business and found out that they couldn't get into the hotspitals without being on contract! I wouldn't work for this company unless its your last resort, actually getting unemployment maybe better!
Yes, they did, stay away from this company, better to get unemployment, trust me, they hired me then let me go a few weeks later, what a joke!!
Bryon obviously doesn't care about his own company by letting good reps that were producing go, so sad!!
I did a phone screen for this company and after asking some basic questions I didn't have a chill running down my leg. The HR person said the next interview would be via skyping (sp?) and that I should go out in the field and do some due dilligence to determine where docs were positioned on the two products. All this for commission only? I don't think so. Run, run as fast as you can from a company who has this as their business model. Don't forget about the wopping $250.00 car allowance.
I hope they are not hiring again if they are this company uses new reps to get some business then they think they will keep the docs on board through inside sales, lol, what the HELL do they know, not much at all, what a joke. If you don't have a local rep working the territory the doctors won't stick to Caldera's products.
Oh get a life, this company is a joke, haven't paid the people they let go yet their commissions but paid their employees still with the company, what a joke this place is, lol.
