When will be file for bankruptcy again? It seems to be the pattern.

And what is going on out in the west? Will it ever stop?

Obviously you would like someone to say that Insight will file for another b/k soon. That's not going to happen soon, if ever. The 1st pre-packaged b/k only dealt with a portion of the debt; this b/k wiped it all out (and the previous owners with it). So, what you have left is a company with almost no debt and, as every press release has stated, a company with a clean balance sheet. As far as the west is concerned, ask a more specific question. Why do people feel the need to be so indirect with their questions on this site? Why are you afraid to ask a specific question?

Why do people feel the need to be indirect with their questions? Because you people have killed off every bit of trust among the employees. We know we are not valued. The way you allow the us to be treated is proof of that.

Why even bother to post what you wrote above? It sounds so weak. Who is "you people"? "Allow the us to be treated"? What is that? Who allows you to be treated poorly (I assume that is what you mean)? Who treats you [poorly]? And, please, what would these anonymous posts have to do with trust?

You really don't get it do you? If you speak up at Insight, you are not safe. We know of some peers who have tried and it backfired and it gets turned around on them and they get written up for other things. If the ammunition is not enough, it has been made up. This actually happened to me but I will be darned if I let that happen again, so I must remain silent and evasive. No one wants to get to specific because no one wants to have it come back at them. We don't see you identify yourself so you must be concerned as well. I remember one event where an employee sent an anonymous letter to the CEO complaining about some really bad behavior an employee was exhibiting to clients and peers and he went berserk and threatened peoples jobs trying to figure out who wrote it. I was witness to this. Insight lost an IT person and an HR person over the humiliation they experienced and their involvement was only because of their positions. They gave up and left the company. What a shame you can't go incognito like the show Undercover Boss and find out what the worker bees experience and live with every day. Maybe our attitude on this board puts you off which is a shame because instead of you being so defensive, you might realize there is a real problem. Or maybe you don't care which is what I really think.

So did you type this in the dark under a blanket? Weren't you worried about the black Insight helicopter? I sure hope you didn't use your laptop because you just know that "they" are tracking every move you make. You sure are courageous for putting it all out there like you did. Wait, someone is coming down the hall...I have to shut down and clear my history. I could get caught...no one is safe. Be careful out there; there are spies everywhere....

1-I would never write on this board during company time. I am much to busy carrying the work of many many employees who are gone. Sounds like you are on company time and at Corp since you are worrying about someone coming down the hall.
2-I was right!!! You could care less about the employees and continue to ridicule what was in this case someone trying to explain why some act so evasive on this board. You really are a very nasty human being.
3-I personally have been "wronged" and I do know what I am talking about. You sound like you're trying to make me sound paranoid. I guess I am since the majority of management is just as mean and uncaring as you. I won't bother to try again. Sorry I took up your Internet surfing time during company time.

    4-corp was off today
5-your first post was in the middle of the day so spare us
6-you still are not saying anything specific; you sound like a whiner.
7-the someone coming down the hall statement was a devise to illustrate your paranoia.
8-"wronged"? who says something that pathetic?

What a little weenie you are. You've had a free ride for a long time and you have the nerve to call people who do an honest day's work "whiner" or "paranoid".

By your logic, if someone disagrees with you about the company (doesn't share your hatred for it), that person obviously must be someone who doesn't work hard? Doesn't make sense. Surf around cafepharma on every company board and all you see are people complaining about their company, how unfair everything is and how everyone is out to get them. If you took what you read on cafepharma as a given, then all you would be able to deduce is that every company is filled with really bad managers. In truth, the only thing that you should take away from cafepharma is that every company has a number of people who are disgruntled and would be under any circumstance.

    agreed! And I quote:

"I wish only people with "Real" insider information would post "Factual" information.

Everything else is essentially Liable and is not cool, and even illegal."

If the BK was such a good idea and so successful, why did they just lay off so many people?

The new owners don't want to end up in same mess as before. Reimbursements have continued to go down so you have to cut costs. Did you think that the restructure was the end of it? It's only the beginning. If the business is going to survive through changes in healthcare, it has to keep costs low.
