Competitors (NVO, LLY, BI, SNY, MRK, BMY, NVS) are working more than 40 hours/5 days a week. We are working 4 days a week and less than 8 hours a day. How do we compete? How will jurors process the fact that we work less while demanding Lilly to work more to improve sales of Byetta (and Bydureon)? We are not doing enough to help our situation. How do we expext the court to rule in our favor?

Who ARE you people? Seriously. So busy I'm working 10 hour days AND had to log a few hours yesterday (Summer Friday).
Obviously you are some low level flunky within the company and have clearly illustrated that you have no potential for advancement. I will take pity on you and share 1 and only 1 secret of Sr. management. Do not check e-mail until after 5:00 pm by that time someone else on the e-mail will probably have offered an answer and done the work. Your job is to just agree with the person who responded.
