Wonder if this deal is legal, seems like they tried to screw their shareholders: http://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20110314006367/en/Harwood-Feffer-LLP-Announces-Investigation-Animal-Health
I, as a shareholder, am happy with the news. I quickly dumped all my holdings this morning for a nice profit.
Yeah well quite a few shareholders bought their shares between $11.50 and $15.00 per share price. If you dumped and made a nice profit it means you bought after the stock crashed. Many investors and more importantly many company employees bought at the IPO price or higher.
BEST OF LUCK TO ALL MY (FORMER) CO-WORKERS THINGS WILL GET BETTER-YOU WILL GET THROUGH THIS, YOU WILL COME OUT OF THIS HOLE THAT AHII (DVMR) DUG, AND THREW YOU INTO. Well thank you sir. Just so you know DVMR did not "dig" a hole. They gained market share each year. Were they perfect NO! They do and still have some great reps. They are in a much better place now. We all are looking forward to this welcomed change.
