It's time for us to seriously have discussions at the Texas meetings. There is alot
we can do, if we stick together and organize.

We make no money, let's stop sampling, and be UPS rep's for the last 6 months, so maybe
2012 we can maybe get an obtainable quota.

 

are you serious???? you do nothing for a living and make six figures. go get a real job where you make a difference and your customers count on you. you wouldn't last a second. so shut your trap and put on your brown uniform. by the way, I hope you are close to retirement because pharma is over!

 

Morale is the lowest ever in every division. We aew all pissed and tired of Upper Management dictating orders and not understanding the changing environment.

The DM's are a bunch of worthless loosers, who do nothing but bitch. Get the F
out of the car, and do something worthwhile.

 

No commission = No selling
Small Commission = Small bit of selling

unobtainable quotas = No selling
