Any updates on the merge? I think it's great that pharma's finally merging with biotech. No reason biotech reps should be making so much money for doing the same job as us pharma reps. Looking forward to the big bump up in our salaries and nice bonuses!
Ha Ha. Good luck with that since global compensation banding has already been implemented. You will continue to get exactly what you are receiving. No change in grade level and no bump in pay. Nice try though.
No merger occurring. Just because all companies will have the same Prefix of Janssen, doesn't mean a merger. Unless you are promoted to the biotech division of JnJ called Janssen Biotech.
