What is the chance that Paul survives until Q3?

That is a very positive scenario. The reality is that Mundi or other companies (i.e., Celgene) can just wait till the stock price drop to $1 or $0.5 and then pick it up. It is $2 now. By the end of this Summer, we will run out of money. Product is not selling and sales is not going up. R&D is not getting results until next year. We are making money by selling our assets and what's next, office furniture in Princeton?

 

If this company is going to shit, then why are they still hiring homeoffice people? Any logic to this?

Lipstick or hairspray on the pig - it is a stupid decision to increase liabilities. More reps does not necessary mean more sales. Guess Paul is better at doing makeup than being a CEO.

 

Incyte and Regeneron are now hiring large sales forces. How many reps do you expect to leave, or is your experience feared to be a limitation because of inability of management to put together a successful product launch with the only product in its category?

 

Kid you not, 90% of the sales force is interviewing for these jobs with the exception of those that were just hired and those that are sleeping and coasting through summer and are too lazy to update a resume.

Seattle Genetics got 6 great sales reps from us and anyone else who interviewed with them would have left. There are more sales reps to leave.....

 

Who were incharge of the launch? Ultimate responsibility is with PB, but who were the players and why didn't they speak-up or do something to ensure success? With all the experience and smart people in the home office, didn't they anticipate this?

 

veryone who spoke up was removed. Paul Berns, Schick, Allen every one of them has a thin skinned primary care mentality. Any question was considered a personal attack and questions about direction or strategy or anything esle was not appreciated. The best reps have already left. It is 100% true that everyone including RDs are interviewing. No one wants to be the last to leave, this is true for Berns himself. He wants to sell the company but there isnt anyone interested.
